Spicy Stuffed Eggplant

Stuff yourself with this wonderful stuffed eggplants recipe. These eggplants are stuffed with Fish Balls, Crab Fingers, Tofu, together with onion, capsicum, and garlic for a perfectly fine meal with your family. Great for dinner or lunch.

    Ingredients for the stuffing
  • 4 Fish Balls, finely minced
  • 4 Crab Fingers, finely minced
  • 4 Seafood Tofu, finely minced
  • 4 Vege Fish Ball, finely minced
  • ½ Green Capsicum, diced
  • 1 Onion, finely minced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 Spoons of Cooking Oil

    Ingredients for the sauce
  • 1 Small Bowl of Milled Chili
  • 3 Onions
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Bowl of Tamarind Juice
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Eggplants (hollowed)

  1. To make the sauce, heat the oil and sauté the onions and garlic.
  2. Add in the milled chili and cook until the oil starts boiling.
  3. Add in the tamarind water. Add some water to avoid the mixture being too thick.
  4. Add the salt and sugar to taste. Allow the mixture to boil.
  5. Heat the oil in another pan, to fry the stuffing. Sauté the onions, and garlic until there is a slight aroma.
  6. Add in the Fish Balls, Crab Fingers, Seafood Tofu, and Vege Fish Balls. Add in the capsicum and carrots.
  7. Add in the salt, sugar, and black pepper for flavour.
  8. Place the stuffing in the hollowed eggplant. Fry the stuffed eggplant.
  9. When done, pour the sauce over the eggplant, and serve.

Garlic Baked Rice with Fish Sandwich

Bake your rice with great tasting Fish Sandwich and Crab Fingers. This dish brings a cheesy texture to your normal rice dish. Rice and Ocean Ria products are baked together with a fine blend of ingredients to bring you a garlic baked rice recipe you will enjoy.

  • 5 Fish Sandwich, fried
  • 4 Crab Fingers, boiled
  • 100g cooked white rice
  • 10 garlic, finely minced
  • 3 tsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Butter
  • Mozzarella Cheese

  1. Fry the minced onion until a golden brown. Set aside and leave to cool.
  2. Mix the rice with the apple cider vinegar and previously fried garlic.
  3. Add in a little salt and pepper for flavour. Mix until even.
  4. Place the mixture in aluminium foil with an alternating arrangement for the Fish Sandwich and Crab Fingers. Add a little butter.
  5. Bake in the oven at 160˚C for 10 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool a little before serving.

Imitation Crab Stick Spring Roll with Honey, Garlic, and Mayonnaise

This recipe makes for a sweet dish; ingredients are rolled together in a popiah skin, together with the Crab Stick. It makes for a great munch, either for snacks or lunch time.

  • 7 Pieces of Crab Stick filament
  • 7 Pieces of Popiah skin
  • 1 Carrot, sliced thinly
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 1 QL Egg yolk

  • 2 Tbsp. of Mayonnaise
  • 10 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • Cooking oil to fry

  1. Wrap the carrots and cucumbers with the popiah skin and Crab Stick filament. The popiah skin should be out the outer layer.
  2. Brush the egg yolk on the edges of the popiah skin to allow it to stick.
  3. Fry the wrapped popiah in hot oil until a golden yellow.
  4. Add the garlic, mayonnaise and honey in a separate container, and mix until even. This will be the dip or sauce.
  5. Serve both popiah and dip together.

Crab Stick Tempura

Get your fill of seafood with this great Crab Stick Tempura. A mixture of eggs, flour and Crab Sticks, fried to a golden perfection, this recipe is great for lunch with your family.

  • 200g Self-Rising Flour
  • 2 QL Eggs
  • Cold Water
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper

  • Crab Stick
  • Cooking Oil to Fry
  • Mayonnaise
  • Curry Powder

  1. Beat the eggs until fluffy.
  2. Mix the Self-Rising flour with cold water.
  3. Mix the Crab Sticks into the flour.
  4. Add the crabsticks into the egg/flour mixture.
  5. Fry the Crab Sticks until cooked.
  6. Mix the mayonnaise with curry powder as the dip.
  7. Serve the fried Crab Sticks with the dip.

Minced Ball with Tomato Coulis

What's better than a savoury dish with tomatoes, Fish Balls and a mix of spices? This recipe brings a variety of unique tastes for a great meal. Perfect for a family lunch or dinner.

  • 10-15 Fish Ball
  • 6 Fresh Tomatoes, minced
  • 3 Dried Bay Leaves
  • 2 Onions, minced finely
  • 5 Garlic Cloves, minced finely
  • 5 Tbsp. of Tomato Sauce

  • 5 Tbsp. Chili Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Tomato Extract
  • 3 Large Cups of Water

  1. Sauté all ingredients (except water, black pepper, and salt) in a medium sized pot.
  2. Add water a little by little.
  3. Add the salt and pepper.
  4. Mix evenly until the mixture boils and becomes thick.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. Can be eaten with bread or pasta.
